Using the platform
By accessing or using ROYAL HOLDINGS, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with the account, security and transaction controls presented by the platform.
Account information
You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Account access may be subject to administrator approval, password verification and account PIN verification.
Security responsibilities
Do not share passwords, PINs, one-time codes or other authentication information. If you believe your account access has been compromised, contact support promptly and avoid continuing sensitive transactions until the issue is resolved.
Transactions
Before confirming a transfer, deposit, card-related action or loan repayment, review the displayed amount, recipient, charges, narration, status and reference information. Processing rules and availability may depend on the configured payment method and account status.
Loans and credit
Loan availability is subject to eligibility and approval. Loan amounts, interest, repayment dates, outstanding balances and repayment records shown in the dashboard form part of the account's loan information.
Service availability
We may update, maintain or temporarily restrict parts of the platform where reasonably necessary for security, reliability or operational reasons.
